Personal empowerment is an "buzz phrase" in social services. The Department of Social Work at PSG College of Arts and Science felt it was necessary not only to acknowledge a philosophical norm of their profession, but also to imply that the department is a resource for teaching methodologies consistent with professional models.

Social Work is a professional and academic discipline that seeks to improve the quality of life and wellbeing of an individual, group, or community by intervening through research, policy, community organizing, direct practice, and teaching on behalf of those afflicted with poverty or any real or perceived social injustice and violations of their human rights.

Here, through this personalised website i would like to build a team who could make social changes and create people empowerment for the betterment and continious social improvement are invited to join this team.
